Refund Policy for Zentra MedTech Institute

At Zentra MedTech Institute, we are committed to delivering top-quality training programs to our learners. We recognize that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund guidelines below:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Full refunds are available if a cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of enrollment and prior to the course start date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • If a cancellation request is made after the course has started, a partial refund may be offered based on the proportion of the course completed. This refund will also be credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued once 50% of the course has been completed.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration fees, administrative charges, and course materials are non-refundable.
  • Any discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of enrollment cannot be refunded.

 

3. Refund Request Procedure

  • To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to [hr.zentramedtech@gmail.com] including the reason for cancellation.

 

4. Course Deferral Option

  • Instead of a refund, students may reschedule their enrollment to a future batch at no additional cost.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen events, exceptions may be considered individually.
